Founded in 2015, Dynamic Fusion Private Limited is a fully integrated clean energy company - we develop, build and hold solar assets for the long term. We work at both ends of the scale: the roof of a house, and the roof of a factory.
From our base in Coimbatore we have installed 7.8 MW of rooftop capacity for more than 20 satisfied industrial and commercial customers, commissioned 500 solar water pumps, and put in 6 lakh litres of solar water heating. A team of 35 handles every stage in-house: feasibility and design, procurement, civil and electrical works, CEIG and TANGEDCO liaisoning, commissioning, and the operations and maintenance that follow.
A home rooftop gets the same engineering and the same paperwork discipline as an industrial plant - it is simply smaller. For a homeowner that means one site visit, one written quote, net metering arranged with TANGEDCO, the rooftop subsidy application filed on your behalf, and a team that still picks up the phone years after the panels went up.

We take the roof - or the land - and hand back a commissioned, grid-connected plant. Design, engineering, supply, installation and testing. Commissioning is the beginning, not the finish line. Scheduled panel cleaning, continuous monitoring, warranty and damage claims, replacement handling and manpower support - with an admin panel so you can check KPIs yourself, any day. Four panels on a terrace or a full industrial roof, the question is the same: is it still generating what it should?
A plant that isn't cleaned loses output silently. We don't let that happen.
Our own line of solar balance-of-system components: AC and DC distribution boxes, mounting structures, cables and accessories - specified to world-class standards, because we're the ones who have to stand behind the plant afterwards. Fewer names in the supply chain also means fewer people to chase when a part needs replacing, on a house or on a factory.

Roughly 80-100 sq ft per kW for standard modules. A 3 kW home system needs about 250-300 sq ft of shadow-free roof; a 100 kW industrial plant needs about 8,000-10,000 sq ft. We confirm the exact figure during the survey, once we have mapped the shading through the day.
For a home rooftop in Tamil Nadu, typically 3 to 6 years once the subsidy is accounted for. For an industrial rooftop, around 4 to 5 years. It depends on your tariff, your consumption pattern, and how much of the generation you use yourself rather than export. Run the calculator above for an indicative figure on your own bill.
Output drops on overcast days but doesn't stop - panels run on daylight, not direct heat. Annual generation models already account for monsoon months, so the payback figure you're given is a full-year number, not a sunny-day one.
Homes qualify for the central PM Surya Ghar rooftop subsidy: currently ₹30,000 per kW for the first 2 kW and ₹18,000 for the third, capped at ₹78,000 however large the system. Commercial and industrial connections do not qualify, though they can claim accelerated depreciation instead. We prepare and file the residential application for you, and the money is credited after commissioning rather than deducted from what you pay us.
It goes back to the grid, and TANGEDCO credits it against your next bill under net metering. That is why a home system can be sized close to your full consumption - the midday surplus isn't wasted, it offsets the evening draw. We arrange the net metering as part of the job.
No battery is needed for a standard grid-connected system, and most homes don't fit one - it is the single biggest cost you can avoid. The trade-off is worth stating plainly: without a battery the system shuts down during a grid outage, because feeding power into dead lines would put linemen at risk. If you want backup through outages, say so at the survey and we will price a battery separately.
Usually as a society rather than as an individual flat. One flat rarely has its own roof rights or a separate connection to net-meter against. What does work is a common-area system owned by the association, offsetting lifts, pumps, corridor lighting and the water supply - often the association's largest bill. We are happy to present to your committee.
We do. Liaisoning, fees, charges and metering charges are all inside our scope. CEIG approval applies to industrial and high-tension installations, not to a normal home system, so a house has less paperwork to begin with. Either way you don't chase it - that is the point of a turnkey contract.
Panel performance warranties typically run 30 years, the panel product warranty 15 years, and inverters 10 years. The exact terms are set out in your project agreement, and we handle the claims process on your behalf under O&M.
Our O&M team takes over: cleaning schedule, remote monitoring, warranty claims and replacements. You get admin-panel access so you can check performance yourself, any day, without calling anyone.
