1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by Dynamic Fusion Private Limited, 324 D, Kadampadi Road, Sulur, Coimbatore — 641 401, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for businesses and individuals seeking information about solar energy solutions. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

3. Information on the Site

We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that all content is complete, error-free or up to date. Specifications, capacities, timelines and prices may change without notice.

4. Estimates, calculators and illustrative figures

Any savings estimate, generation figure, payback period, system size or cost shown on the Site — including through our savings calculator — is indicative only. It is generated from general assumptions about irradiance, tariffs and consumption. It is not a quotation, an offer, a warranty, or a guarantee of outcome.

Actual system performance and financial returns depend on your specific site, roof condition, shading, load profile, applicable tariffs, regulatory approvals and equipment selected. Binding figures are provided only in a written proposal issued after a physical site survey. You should not make an investment decision on the basis of Site content alone.

5. No contract arises from the Site

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting an enquiry or a calculator request does not create any contract between you and Dynamic Fusion. Any engagement is governed solely by a separately executed written agreement, whose terms prevail over anything on the Site in the event of conflict.

6. Enquiries and communications

By submitting your contact details you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp. You may ask us to stop at any time.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, graphics, layouts, the “Dynamic Fusion” name and marks, and the “Dynamic Fusion Assured” product line — is owned by or licensed to Dynamic Fusion Private Limited and protected under Indian and international law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
