About us

Solar EPC, built and run in Coimbatore

Founded in 2015, Dynamic Fusion Private Limited is a fully integrated clean energy company — we develop, build and hold solar assets for the long term, delivering complete solar solutions to the manufacturing sector.

From our base in Coimbatore we have installed 1.8 MW of rooftop capacity for more than 20 satisfied industrial and commercial customers, commissioned 500 solar water pumps, and put in 6 lakh litres of solar water heating. A team of 50 handles every stage in-house: feasibility and design, procurement, civil and electrical works, CEIG and TANGEDCO liaisoning, commissioning, and the operations and maintenance that follow.

We are passionate about the environment and believe every person has a responsibility to contribute to making the world a better place. That conviction shows up in the work: a solar plant is a twenty-five-year asset, not a one-off purchase, and the people who size and build your plant are the same people who answer the phone when a string underperforms in year seven.

Why now

The cost of doing nothing

Industrial tariffs don't go down. Every year you defer, you pay the grid a bill you could have paid yourself — once — and then stopped paying.

A rooftop solar plant is not an environmental gesture. It's a capital asset with a defined payback, a 25-year output warranty, and a line on your balance sheet that gets more valuable every time the tariff revises upward.

The roof is already there. It's already absorbing the sun. The only question is whether it's earning.

Rising tariffs

Industrial power costs have climbed steadily across Tamil Nadu. Solar fixes your generation cost on day one and holds it there for 25 years.

An idle asset

Most manufacturing roofs are structurally ready for solar today. No new land, no new leases, no expansion required.

Tax treatment

Commercial solar assets qualify for accelerated depreciation under Indian law. Confirm the current rate with your CA — it materially shortens payback.

Want the detailed report? Enter your number and we'll send a full site-specific proposal — plant layout, generation estimate, cash flow and subsidy eligibility.

We call once. If it's not the right time, we don't call again.

Estimates are indicative only, based on typical irradiance and tariff assumptions for Tamil Nadu. Actual output and savings depend on your roof, shading, load profile and applicable tariffs. Final figures are confirmed only after a physical site survey.

What we do

One partner, start to finish

Technician installing solar panels on a roof

Turnkey EPC

We take the roof — or the land — and hand back a commissioned, grid-connected power plant. Design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, plus everything most contractors quietly leave out: land levelling, borewell, civil and mechanical works, fencing, CCTV, SCADA, EB liaisoning, and every AC/DC connection in between.

If it's between you and generating power, it's in our scope.

Engineer inspecting and cleaning a solar array

Operations & maintenance

Commissioning is the beginning, not the finish line. Our O&M covers scheduled panel cleaning, continuous plant monitoring, warranty and damage claims, replacement handling, and full manpower support — with an admin panel so you can check KPIs yourself, any day, without calling anyone.

A plant that isn't cleaned loses output silently. We don't let that happen.

Solar cabling and mounting components being fitted

Dynamic Fusion Assured

Our own line of solar balance-of-system components: AC distribution boxes, DC distribution boxes, mounting structures, cables and accessories — specified to world-class standards, because we're the ones who have to stand behind the plant afterwards.

We use them on our own projects. That's the only endorsement that means anything.

Scope of supply

Everything included. Nothing to chase.

Ask a solar contractor what's not in the quote — that's usually where the surprises live. Here's our complete scope, in writing, before you sign anything.

No line items added later. No "that wasn't in the scope."

  • Design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the solar power plant
  • Earthing system
  • Lightning arrestor
  • AC cables — ACDB to inverter, and ACDB to LT panel
  • Training for your deputed staff on maintaining the system
  • CEIG and TANGEDCO liaisoning — service, fees, charges and metering charges
  • Cleaning kit
  • Walkway, safety rails and ladder
  • UPVC pipe lines for panel cleaning
  • Pressure pump and 1,000-litre water tank
How it runs

From first visit to first unit

1

Site survey & feasibility Free

We visit, measure, assess structural load and shading, and study your consumption pattern. If solar doesn't make financial sense for your site, we tell you that.

2

Proposal & design

Plant layout, generation model, financial case, payback period. You get numbers, not adjectives.

3

Agreement & liaisoning

We handle CEIG and TANGEDCO paperwork, approvals and net-metering applications. You sign one contract, not five.

4

Supply & civil works

Structures, panels, inverters, cabling. Land levelling, fencing and borewell where the project calls for it.

5

Installation & commissioning

Mechanical, electrical, testing, energisation. Your staff are trained before we leave the site.

6

O&M handover

Monitoring goes live. The cleaning schedule begins. You start reading the meter in the other direction.

Typical timeline: [[FILL IN — e.g. 8–10 weeks for a 100 kW rooftop, from signature to energisation]]. Put your real number here. Vagueness costs you deals.

Why Dynamic Fusion

Ten reasons, each with a reason attached

Cost savings that compound

Fix your generation cost once, then watch the grid tariff climb around it.

Quick service resolution

Coimbatore-based. When something needs attention, we're hours away, not states away.

Reduced carbon footprint

Measurable, reportable, and increasingly demanded by your own customers.

Low maintenance burden

Cleaning, monitoring and warranty claims all sit with us. Not with your plant manager.

Save up to 50% on electricity

Typical for a well-sized industrial rooftop system. Run the calculator for your number.

A matured industry

Solar is the default now, not the experiment. Suppliers, financing and expertise have all caught up.

Clean, renewable power

Generated on your roof, consumed in your plant, with nothing burned in between.

Figures are cumulative across all Dynamic Fusion installations to date. Named client case studies are available on request.

Roughly 80–100 sq ft per kW for standard modules. A 100 kW plant needs about 8,000–10,000 sq ft of shadow-free roof. We confirm the exact figure during the survey, once we've mapped shading through the day.

For most industrial rooftops in Tamil Nadu, [[FILL IN YOUR TYPICAL RANGE]] years. It depends on your tariff, your consumption pattern, and how much of the generation you consume yourself rather than exporting. Run the calculator above for an indicative figure on your own bill.

Output drops on overcast days but doesn't stop — panels run on daylight, not direct heat. Annual generation models already account for monsoon months, so the payback figure you're given is a full-year number, not a sunny-day one.

We do. Liaisoning, fees, charges and metering charges are all inside our scope. You don't chase the paperwork — that's the point of a turnkey contract.

Module performance warranties typically run 25 years, inverters [[X]] years, and workmanship [[X]] years. The exact terms are set out in your project agreement — and we handle the claims process on your behalf under O&M.

Our O&M team takes over: cleaning schedule, remote monitoring, warranty claims and replacements. You get admin-panel access so you can check performance yourself, any day, without calling anyone.

Subsidy availability differs for residential, commercial and industrial consumers, and the schemes change. We'll tell you honestly what you do and don't qualify for during the survey — including when the answer is "nothing."
